MEET THE TEAM

Sam Harrison

Owner

My passion for the restaurant industry started at the age of 16 when I started waitering for friends catering firms. After I finished school I decided to further my interest in hospitality and completed a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management at Oxford Brookes University.

After working at Rick Stein’s Seafood Restaurant in Cornwall for four years, I moved to Australia and worked with some internationally renowned chefs as well as work on some fantastic new openings. I then returned to London and with the help of Rick and my fellow directors I opened my first restaurant, Sam’s Brasserie in 2005 and then Harrison’s in 2007.

My staff are an integral part of the business, without them Harrison’s wouldn’t be what it is today.

Find out more about our team:

Jenny Broad

Restaurant Manager

Jenny has impressed me since the first day she started working at Harrison’s and I am thrilled to have her now as our Restaurant Manager and in charge of our Front of House team.

Jenny is a totally natural restaurant and hospitality person and strives every day to make Harrison’s as fantastic as possible.

Peter Murray

I am really pleased that Peter has recently taken the position of Head Chef at Harrison’s. Having been Sous Chef for the last 2 years it is great to be able to promote from within and give Peter this opportunity. Peter and I share the same passion for simple and uncomplicated food, where the quality of the ingredients does the talking.

Craig Gordon

Assistant ManagerCraig has previously worked in Chiswick and Balham and so knows both sets of customers very well! Craig told me that he fell in to restaurants when he was a training actor and fell in love with the industry and decided to make it his career. Lucky for us and I think Craig has a great career ahead of him.
